5.Batallion your wanting to be Officer for: 501st [Yes I know someone already has applied for it, but it hasn't been accepted or denied yet.

7.What makes a good officer: A Good officer depends on many things, Good Discipline, Strict training, Willing to take responsibility for Actions, and how Active they are, etc. They have to be smart and loyal to anyone higher than them including Jedi, Make sure every brother gets out safe. Must be good at strategizing. If they do not reach these goals without an excuse, they deserved to be punished.
8.What qualites does an officer need: Very good and fast communication skills, A very strict attitude and not afraid to punish there troopers. Willing to take responsibility for almost anything, unless if it breaks some rules server wise or RP wise. Then you should contact someone else. Smarts and Tactics, leading your troopers into battle and giving them a morale boost. Also they must be very polite and mature about things.
9.Why would you make a good Officer: I've had lots of experience on leading troopers into battle, I also feel like it would be the type of thing for me, considering its a new server that needs commanders, and I'm willing to take time out of my day to be on it and help and see it grow and develop. I'm willing to take responsibility for almost anything that comes my way, including my downfall or demotion. I will completely understand if it's justified. You guys could trust me too, since i've been A leader on many different servers. AND MOST OF ALL: MATURITY, WE DON'T WANT A 12 YEAR OLD IN COMMAND DO WE?
10.What would you do for your tryouts: Since it's 501st I would have to do Target Practice, ask a 5 questions on "What would you do" Go over the Golden, Silver, and Bronze rules. Death laps and Death squats (OPTIONAL) Faces, Formations, Trigger Discipline. Marching and Organization, Breaching, communication skills, and getting use to their squad mates.Very strict training since 501st is Elite
11.Have you had experience as an officer before(if so what regiment and for how long): OutCast 501st 1LT (5 Months) [Server Revamped] Laeron Shock SIC -> Commander (3 Months) [Shutdown] Oddball Death Trooper VCOM (6 Months) [Shutdown] SPQR 212th Regimental Commander (2 Months) [Shutdown/Revamped] IceFuse RC "Lieutenant" (3 Months) [Resigned] PGN General (One Year) [Resigned]
12.How would you as an officer punish your Batallion or troops: (DEPENDS ON WHAT THEY DID) A Two strike system, Since 501st were the front and elite soldiers, they will have to take Hardcore PT, or a strict conversation, or a report to another higher-up to be aware of them, or a harsh strike that will stay on their record for 1-2.5 weeks.
13.If you were on a mission and you and your Batallion got stuck in a cave cause the entrance and exit is blocked what would you do: If no orders are given, I and my troopers will have to secure and stay at the entrance, to make sure no-one has gotten lost or is MIA and wait for orders to progress. If we are under fire, I would tell my troopers to instantly find cover and push the enemies back, but not go to far just in case we do not get ambushed or lost. No Brother left behind.
Anything else we need to know: I do not have a microphone, but I can type pretty fast and I'm active and Loyal. My English is good, but not very. It isn't my first language

+1 REALLY need a 501st commander and very detailed and has a decent amount of hours on the server so he knows the rules :)
