I wish to fix that by applying for event master to give the players a good and fun experience with their time on the server. Leaving it up to votes to see what the people want and how to make them happy and satisfied, also you guys do need a bit more of GM's. [80 Words] {Atleast 100 Words} Why would you be better than any other applicants?: Well, This is more of a biased question. I don't see my application better and higher than others as I view that everyone has a chance to get GM, I won't feel bad if I get denied and someone else got accepted, I would congratulate them and try again another time, But it seems like a lot of people including admins enjoy my stay on the server and I've already made myself at home. I've been Staff and Commander on many other Communities and I feel like you guys can trust me, I'm nice, polite, and loyal and active and I listen carefully and put others ahead instead of me.  I'm willing to take responsibilities that come ahead on being gamemaster. [123 Words]  ~[i]~[/i]~/Scenarios/~[i]~[/i]~ A commander or other high ranking player has started to make troops move off somewhere that they aren't supposed to go to yet or aren't supposed to go to at all, what do you do?: Tell them to back off and to not move until I say so, If they continue. Actions will have to be taken by Staff or even me. Either a Warn or Kick would be suitable for them. Another game master seems like he is hijacking your event but doesn't appear to have malicious intent, what do you do?: Give him a nice conversation and tell him that it is my event, with an attitude, not a mean one, but one that would give him the sense that I was the one who did the thinking of the event. All I needed was support, not a hijacking. You have to leave soon but are mid-event and no other game masters are on the server, what do you do?: Think of a good way to make the event end and let it connect and make the event end hastily and organized, possibly making it a mission failure, Possibly overwhelming them with forces. (We don't want constant success, that just gets boring.) Then go. A person involved in event critical RP is being a minge or just overall being silly and not taking the RP seriously. What do you do?: Do a quick Verbal Warning first as a "Hey stop that" thing, If they continue; Warn, Then Kick; then ban. You get the idea.[/b]
