7.What makes a good officer: They have to be always active and work hard respectful
8.What qualites does an officer need: They have to be responsible, loyal, fair, respectful, nice trustworthy willing to be active fearless brave to help and be there for your troops and be strict
9.Why would you make a good Officer: I make a good CO because I have been commander on other servers I am trustworthy and I will keep my troops in order and the most serious and I when people need me I will be there.to help or for question's I think I would make a good 5th fleet because I would be very strict and I hate anyone who goes and trolls so I could arrest them I have experience
10.What would you do for your tryouts: Give them situations that you would have in 5th fleet have them do faces and run laps teach them how to guard and interrogations and teach them how to use the arrest stick ask defecons and give them 2 strikes for the whole tryout
11.Have you had experience as an officer before(if so what regiment and for how long): I have been shock commander for2 weeks and CG constant guard on outcast
12.How would you as an officer punish your Batallion or troops: make them run PT and trigger discipline and do faces formations do tryouts again and if anyone quits demote or kick from battalion
13.If you were on a mission and you and your Batallion got stuck in a game cause the entrace and exit is blocked what would you do: try to asses the situation find a solution make my troops look around and try to call it in comms[/color]
