.Steam ID:STEAM_1:1:57354629

.Steam Name:モメイマハ イサエココ

.Age:14

.Battalion your wanting to be Officer for: 104th

.Commander or NCO: Commander

.What makes a good officer: Good officers don't mess around when it comes to events. They always try their best even if they don't get whats happening. They don't constantly yell at their batallion or any other troopers, in fact, they hang out with them. All troopers/fleet start low, but they can always rise to the top, same when you're leading an army. If there's someone not playing like you expect them to, what are you going to do? You train them anyway because they have their way of roleplaying and their roleplaying their own way.

.What qualites does an officer need: They need to be smart, Skillful, Good at giving orders, Will punish if needed, Will follow every order from higher ranks, and they always take the game seriously. They are calm when it comes to intense situations. Commanding a Battalion is difficult when there are a lot of your troopers playing, so you always have to keep them in check and make sure they don't run into places they're not allowed in.

.Why would you make a good Officer: Ive seen enough of what commanders do to know what to do. I have played Starwars, Military, and HaloRP servers and they all have at least 1 thing in common, Disipline. I have 1400+ hours of GMod and out of those 1400+ hours, my favorite servers are Starwars servers. I'm friendly and enjoy all of the events. I can give ideas for events since I am (a little) creative.

.What would you do for your tryouts: I would start off with climbing, then move to shooting at the wall where I walk in front of them, then to the grenade launcher, and then formations. Throughout the tryouts you have 3 chances, every time someone makes a mistake and does something wrong they get a 1.

.Have you had experience as an officer before(if so what regiment and for how long): No I have never had experience as a Commander before.

.How would you as an officer punish your Battalion or troops: Laps, Timeout, or possible demotion depending on what the situation is.

.If you were on a mission and you and your Battalion got stuck in a cave cause the entrance and exit is blocked what would you do: First I would take a head count of who and what battalion, then call for tools or reinforcements. Then we explore the cave while leaving a small group behind so they can call us when help or tools arrive. if tools don't arrive we send a distress signal and wait as well

Anything else we need to know: I'm on at 3:00+ on school days and on whenever I can on weekends. I don't like being mean and punish people but I will if I have to. Tryouts won't be often.
Accepted: You shall take over for 104th 2nd LT Alpha Good luck Commander Wolffe
