[size=120][b]General Purpose [/b][/size] In StarwarsRP the leadership is very important, it keeps the events colorful and smooth, I guarantee your best times on StarwarsRP will be from great leadership. Having a balanced and organized command is everything on the field, you don't want different orders going to your troops, if your troopers are confused you get confused. The last thing you want to be when your leading is confused. Get the big picture, as a commanding officer, you will need to know everything, plan ahead, know your surroundings. Danger lurks around every corner, your troopers are always needing orders, no matter how small. Every little command tightens your grip on your troopers.  [b]Minges/Disobeying[/b] When you encounter a minge or a particular trooper that is disobeying or not listening you will need to handle it while keeping control of the others, one way you can achieve this is to send your second in command or a trusted trooper to get them back on track. Another way is to call an admin/mod if the minging continues, or if they are directly disrespecting you. [b]Second in Command[/b] The trusted second, it's very useful to have a great second, while you are securing command on a bigger scale your Second will be dealing with the smaller picture, what you don't have time to deal with. Now your not just giving them the slack, your also giving them a great responsibility. [b]Commands[/b] The commands you give out no matter how small will be useful to your troopers, now that doesn't mean you have to be Captain Obvious and point out everything, it just means give out useful commands, you don't want to spam chat with nonsense. For example "Focus fire on those dropships!" this would be the right way to say it, the wrong way would be, "There are dropships!", that would be a privates job, and you didn't get to where you are for pointing things out, you got it for knowing what to do in that situation. Now if you don't know what to say or do, figure it out! Make something out of nothing.  [b]Efficiency[/b] The smoother you are with commands the faster you will go.
