Punishment if required. Why would you make a good Officer: i think i would make a good officer because ill be on all the time and be there for my squad and even my higher ups and i would also study with my spare time for new things old things and things i even already knew and when ever asked a question will be able to answer with the appropriete answer. I think i would also make the Shock fun for its squad members. What Quality's does a good officer need: i think a good officer would need Kindness, not be biase to specific squad memebrs, no be nervous around others(not very inportant) but over all be a Strict Teacher and help your squad best you can no shortcut. And is on the server Frequently. What would you do for tryouts?: I would do Faces, postions (vip box, Firing line ect), would ask them the defecons, trigger discipline, set questions and if i can Simulations fighting NPC droids. Then i would do tryouts for the set job's in 501st like heavy and ect. The set jobs will have diffrent situations which i have not thought of yet.(redo Training) Have you had experience as an officer before(if so what regiment and for how long): i have but not for very long i was 501st on a server called Pope's Amazing starwasRP (this server is no longer up) but i didnt do much whist on because the server was not very popular and no one wanted to join. so i may as well say no i haven't. How would you as an officer punish your Batallion or troops: well there is not much but i would make them run laps in the biggest free room i could find and make them do faces and postions for a while. If you were on a mission and you and your Batallion got stuck in a game cause the entrace and exit is blocked what would you do: I would set up a perimeter and the higher ranking shock to do a VIP dimond around the Vip (if there is a VIP) and see if we could find any communication devices. Also not sure if shock would leave the ship anyway. Anything else we need to know:
